Adgective were appointed by the Site Services team at University Hospital Plymouth at Derriford Hospital, to engage with the Directors and Management teams of all four Site Services departments, to put together a 5-year Strategy document bringing together key strategies that will see the hospital improve its patient and workers time whilst at the hospital.

Adgective had to adhere to existing brand guidelines, but introduced four additional sub-brands and colours to compliment the Site Services branding. These sub-brands and colours were for each of the four main Site Services departments and would help to decipher what strategies were being completed by each department.
Adgective created and designed a range of graphics and infographics to help bolster the information we put together with the help of the client and their senior teams.
The Aim
The main aim of the document was not only to put key strategies in place for the next 5 years, but also engage this information to the team members across all Site Services departments. The information needed to be clear and concise and be understood, and implemented, by a wide range of personnel.
Once the Strategy document was complete, we converted the information, graphics, and images into an interactive presentation so that the senior team leaders were able to present the Strategy information to other board members.
Following on from the document and presentation, the Site Services team commissioned ADG to create a graphical map which illustrates a temporary entrance route into the hospital. The graphic uses the brand colours and graphics used in the Strategic document to help tie everything together.
